RitKeep Fitness provides a comprehensive warranty coverage for a duration from the date of purchase. During this period, we guarantee that your product will be free from any defects in material, functionality, and workmanship. The warranty is exclusively applicable to the original purchaser of the product, as long as you remain the owner.
The RitKeep Limited Warranty is limited to the written terms as expressed in this document. RitKeep does not authorize anyone to change or extend the terms of this limited warranty in any manner. The Limited Warranty is not transferable to subsequent Product owners or users - or otherwise available to anyone other than the original retail purchaser that acquired the Product directly from RitKeep.
Warranty Coverage
- This warranty applies only to RitKeep Fitness-branded products purchased directly from our official website or authorized retailers.
- Warranty coverage is valid only for the original purchaser.
- Customers who purchase through our official website are eligible for free replacement parts and priority service during the warranty period.
- Any decision to replace the Product or to provide payment for the parts and labor necessary to repair the Product shall be made at the sole discretion of RitKeep.
- Absent any agreement made in advance of any third party undertaking any work to repair any Product, RitKeep will not be responsible for any such expenses or costs.
- RitKeep Fitness is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses caused by product failure outside of manufacturing defects.
- In all cases, RitKeep shall make the final determination as to the appropriate reimbursement for any warranty claim.
- Improper installation, misuse, negligence, or accidental damage.
- Cosmetic issues such as scratches, dents, or paint wear that occur after daily use and does not give rise to any warranty claim.
- Any unauthorized modifications or alteration.
- Purpose or application in any way different from that for which it was designed.

Warranty Reimbursement Provisions and Limitations
With respect to RitKeep's obligations in response to a valid warranty claim, the following terms and conditions apply:
Exclusive Remedy
The remedy of repair or replacement of any product under the terms of this warranty - as more particularly specified in the warranty reimbursement provisions and limitation above - constitutes the owner’s/purchaser’s exclusive remedy and is in lieu of any other remedy. In no event shall RitKeep be liable for special, consequential, or incidental damages associated with any claimed breach of warranty or for any delay in the performance of this warranty.
