30-Day Return Policy

RitKeep offers a 30-day return period starting from the day you receive your items.

 

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition and suitable for resale. This includes:

  • The item must be unassembled and unused.
  • The product must be in its original packaging, including the manuals, accessories, and original boxes.

If the returned product does not meet these criteria, RitKeep reserves the right to reject the return, and the buyer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Note: The clearance and on-sale items are not eligible for a refund.

Exchanges

To ensure a swift exchange, we recommend returning the item and making a separate purchase for the new one. Contact RitKeep at service@ritkeeps.com to request a return. Once approved, we’ll provide you with return details. Items sent back without a return request will not be accepted.

 

Return Shipping Costs

Returns due to personal reasons (non-quality issues):
If you want to return a product for reasons such as disliking it, it doesn’t fit, or you ordered the wrong item:

  • You are responsible for repacking the item and covering the return shipping costs.
  • The original shipping fee is non-refundable.
  • For large or freight items, return shipping costs may be high and must be fully covered by the buyer.

Returns due to RitKeep's error or defective products:
If the product is incorrect or defective due to our mistake, RitKeep will cover the return shipping cost.

  • Please contact customer service first to confirm the issue and receive return authorization.

 

Non-Returnable or Non-Exchangeable Situations

Orders that cannot be delivered due to incorrect address information provided by the customer are not eligible for a refund or replacement.

 

Refund Process

Once the product has been received and confirmed, refunds are usually processed within 14 business days.

Refunds will be automatically refunded to the payment method used for purchase.

 

Order Cancellation Policy

  • To cancel an order that is still in processing, please contact our customer service immediately by email. RitKeep typically processes order cancellation requests within 2-3 business days. A 3% credit card transaction fee/ processing fee will be deducted from your refund (applies also to pre-orders).
  • If the order has already been shipped, cancellation may not be possible. For assistance, please contact us at service@ritkeeps.com
  • After canceling an order, inventory will not be reserved for you. This may result in insufficient stock for future purchases. Contact us if you wish to reorder.
  • After submitting a cancellation request, you will receive an email with the processing result. If the cancellation is unsuccessful, you may return the item after receiving it, but return shipping fees will apply.
  • In cases where delivery is delayed due to special circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, government actions), we will notify you via email.

 

Our Return Process System:

➤➤Step 1 - Send a Request

Contact RitKeep at service@ritkeeps.com to initiate a return. If approved, we’ll provide you with return instructions. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
  • All items must be returned unworn and in their original packaging.
  • If items are damaged or used after inspection, they cannot be returned.
  • For returns due to RitKeep’s fault, we will provide a pre-paid return label within 3 business days.

➤➤Step 2 - Ship Back Information

Fill out the returns section on the order slip or include a detailed return note within your parcel, including:

  • Your preference for a refund or exchange.
  • Your full name, email address, and phone number.
  • Order number.
  • Your return address (if you need an exchange).

    Note: Orders returned without proper documentation may face delays or may not be processed at all. We recommend using a trackable shipping service like DHL or FedEx or purchasing shipping insurance. RitKeep does not guarantee receipt of your returned item.

    ➤➤Step 3 - Inspection

    • The outer packaging of the product is complete;
    • The returned product is still in the original condition of purchase and meets the conditions for secondary sales.
    • The surface of the product has no scratches, no wear/damage, no bumps, no traces of use, etc. the product can maintain its original quality and function.
    • The product is equipped with accessories, and the accessories should be complete.

    ➤➤Step 4 - Refunds

    Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days of receipt of the returned items.

    • Customs duties and additional fees are non-refundable.
    • Shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund if applicable.
