Shipping & Delivery Policy
Shipping Areas
We ship within Canada. If your delivery address is located outside the main service zones, additional shipping fees may apply. These fees are calculated at checkout or communicated by our support team before dispatch.
Note: We do not ship to P.O. BOX addresses.
Warehouse Pickup
We offer local warehouse pickup for customers who prefer to collect their items themselves. Please note the following:
- You must present the credit card used for the order along with matching identification when picking up your order.
- If you cannot provide these, we reserve the right to cancel the transaction and issue a refund.
- Orders are processed within 24–48 hours, after which a RitKeep representative will contact you to confirm item availability and arrange a pickup time.
Shipping Fee
- Standard Delivery: $19.99 CAD.
- Free Delivery: Available on orders over $300 CAD.
Note: Please verify your address before purchasing as address changes are typically not allowed after shipment. Additional costs may apply for address changes. If there is a logistics delay, contact us at service@ritkeeps.com with your order number.
Delivery Attempts & Return Charges
If your order is returned to our warehouse due to failed delivery attempts, refusal to accept, or an incorrect address, the cost of return shipping will be borne by the customer. We highly recommend double-checking your shipping information before placing your order to avoid delays and extra charges.
Shipping Time
- Orders without pre-order items: Processed and shipped within 2-3 days.
- Orders including pre-order items: Processed and shipped within 15 business days.
- Delivery timeframe: 5-7 days.
Note: The delivery times may be affected by special circumstances such as natural disasters, government actions, or social anomalies. We will inform you on the store homepage if such circumstances arise.
Damaged or Incomplete Shipments
For damaged or missing items, we recommend:
- Keep the outer packaging and take clear photos as evidence.
- Notify the delivery driver or courier and make a note on the bill of lading immediately when signing. Without this note, we cannot file a damage claim with the shipper or return your package. If the box is damaged but the product is intact and functional, we will not replace the item.
- Then, email the photos to our customer service at service@ritkeeps.com within 48 hours.
RitKeep reserves the right to repair or replace the product at its discretion. If you received the wrong item, please contact us with photos to evaluate the issue.
Note: Please count the number of packages/items and ensure it matches the Bill of Lading and your packing slip. The freight company will not take back any packaging materials (e.g., pallets, wrapping, or boxes).
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
RitKeep includes customs and taxes in your order total.
How to Track Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Use the provided tracking link to monitor your shipment’s status and estimated delivery date.
