Please note that our warranty does not apply to product or barbell service and maintenance. We recommend you properly service and maintain your product for life long product longevity.
** Warranty against bending does not cover any bar which has been damaged due to negligent or faulty use, alteration, maintenance, storage or handling by the user. Negligent or faulty use includes abusive dropping of the bar (i.e., dropping the bar on a box, bench, spotter arms or pins in a power rack, excessive dropping with insufficient or damaged bumpers, excessive dropping with iron plates, excessive dropping on concrete or similar surfaces, and similar usage). Any specific issues regarding a RitKeep product with which a customer is not satisfied will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

I've had this for a couple of months now in my Home Gym (garage convert), and have used the heck out of it so far. For the money, I don't think I could be happier with it. I can do pretty much everything I need with it, from pulleys, to smith machine, to free weight bar exercises (bar and plate weights purchased separately) with the power rack. If I'm being ultra picky, I do wish it was bit taller (I have plenty of room left on my 8' ceilings) and also wish it would have come with a lat pulldown seat (I purchased a knee lock add on separately / a 2'with 1'pin from Amazon) and can move the bench up to sit on, can lock in, and works, but if not careful, it can be hard to get a full stretch at the very top of the movement, which is super important. That said, I've found ways around that and works great. I also purchased the 200lb option for the weights for the cable system, and glad I did, as it's a 2 to 1 ratio. It covers me just fine on most exercises, and then use another pin (power pin I think it's called) in the weight stack to add more weight (with barbell plates) when needed. Again tho, for the money, overall I could not be happier with the unit. Plus I love the look of it as well (I got the black and red unit). Assembly was easy too. I kinda of took my time with it by myself over the course of about 3 days. The process was actually kinda fun :) I had been planning the convert of the garage into a home gym for a while now, and wish I had done it sooner. I have dumbbells and other equipment too, but this unit is the center piece and gets used the most. The gym would not be the same without it!!!
The build is sturdy, everything moves smoothly, and it feels super secure even during heavy workouts. Really happy with this setup - worth every penny!

I was sceptical at first worrying about the qauilty, but once it was delivered I am extremely happy with the result. Took a while to put together but I would definitely recommend. Customer service was also very good to deal with all my questions. If anyone wants to have a look at one set up.
